eSTAR Feature Phones
(Directive (EU) 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act)
eSTAR feature phones are designed to provide accessible and easy-to-use communication devices, particularly for users who prefer physical keypads and simplified interfaces.
All current eSTAR feature phone models are equipped with a USB-C charging connector.
Physical Accessibility
eSTAR feature phones include:
- Physical numeric keypad with tactile feedback
- Clearly separated and raised buttons
- Dedicated call and end-call keys
- High-contrast key markings
Visual Accessibility
Devices are configured with the maximum readable font size by default within the technical display limitations of each model.
All models include:
- Adjustable display brightness
- High-contrast user interface design
Some models may allow font size adjustment through menu settings.
Audio Accessibility
All models include:
- Adjustable ringtone and call volume
- Loudspeaker functionality
- Vibration alert
Certain models may include additional accessibility-supporting features such as an SOS emergency function.
Charging Interface
All current models use a standard USB-C charging connector in accordance with applicable EU requirements.
Important Notice
eSTAR feature phones do not include screen reader or voice announcement menu functionality.
User manuals are currently being updated to ensure full compliance with applicable EU format and accessibility requirements. Updated versions will be published on this website.
